Accepted Insurances

Most insurances are accepted by our facility:

-Keystone Health Plan East
-Personal Choice
-Amerihealth

-PPO only
-HMO’s stink…you are at reasonable cash rates!
-All out-of-network policies are accepted

Medicare

-12 + visits, per medical necessity
-after 12 visits, $30 cash; upon denial, or reasonable, negotiated upon fee or barter.

• All Motor Vehical Accident (MVA) claims accepted
• All Worker’s Compensation claims accepted
• Cash plans @: $40 when you feel like it

           : $35 with frequency visit; every 1, 2, 3, 4 weeks
           : $30 with >2X/week frequency

NO ONE WILL BE TURNED AWAY, REGARDLESS OF INSURANCE!

***If your insurance is not listed please advise us, and if we have enough of a lead that we shall chase after your insurer, so as to keep things rolling.
