The Dr. Drill Instructor Program is a doctor-supervised
and military-inspired lifestyle change boot camp. The duration of
the course is eight weeks, at a frequency of three training days
weekly. Optimal training schedule and time are MWF, 5:30 –
6:30am (Zero Dark Thirty). The mission of DDIP is to discipline,
motivate, educate and exercise the “recruit” to an optimal
state of health. DDIP is not a mere exercise class; while a clear
tangible is rigorous physical training and glaring physical transformation,
positive mental outlook, camaraderie, knowledge and charity are
constantly emphasized.
