GOALS MET/ACCOMPLISHMENTS: Getting up @ 4:45 is an accoplishment…To be toned and happy with my own body

WHY I TRAIN WITH DR. DRILL: It’s all because of Bee Bach… I couldn’t thank her enough. Training with Drill is the best thing that came my way this year. It’s one of the reason I stopped smoking. Thank you for keeping me in shape and making me healthier. Love you guys.

GOALS MET/ACCOMPLISHMENTS: Ran my first 5k ever (Phils 5k), Heart Award platoon 18 IVFP, Healthiest I’ve been in a long time!!!

WHY I TRAIN WITH DR. DRILL: Training with Dr. Drill has become addicting and now I’m a huge addict. Unless I wind up on Intervention, I will continue to abuse myself!!!!!!!!!!

FITNESS LEVEL: Moderate, always room for improvement

GOALS MET/ACCOMPLISHMENTS:
Since joining this program, I have gained so much energy and strength. I was fairly weakened by severe mold allergies for the last eight years and spent a great deal of time sleeping and feeling very lethargic. I have been fighting back; working out and challenging myself though boot camp has helped so much. I still deal with allergies (now mainly dust and pollen since they tend to switch every 7 years or so) but the combination of medication, diet, sleep, and exercise has given me a whole new lease on life. I have energy to get through long busy days and for me, that is a major goal met.

WHY I TRAIN WITH DR. DRILL:
I would never have ever tried this (thanks Murr) or kept it up without the encouragement and support of Drill, the instructors and the vets of the program. The positive attitude is contagious and I am doing things I never thought possible.

I can feel my endurance getting stronger, as well as the ability to do pushups without modification to start off.

FITNESS LEVEL: I am not a star athlete (although I wish I was) but I am in much better shape than ever and also much better shape than most women my age! I am a power walker and not a runner and have had issues with my ankles/feet from previous injuries sustained years ago so at times I simply modify my workout!

GOALS MET/ACCOMPLISHMENTS: Through DDIP I have gained dedication to living a healthier lifestyle, strength, endurance, energy, muscle and to top it off a toned body. I still want to be able to walk/run longer distances….a 10K instead of a 5K and a mud run….hopefully that will come in the future.

WHY I TRAIN WITH DR. DRILL:
I started training with Drill a few years ago when my son started and I got hooked! My first day I was a little nervous that I wouldn’t be able to keep up. But there is something to be said about the comradery of everyone involved. No matter what your age, shape, speed or strength is…there is ALWAYS support from Drill, the instructors and fellow DDIPers. It may not always be easy getting up at 4AM to go work out…but it’s something you tend to look forward to and feel great afterwards, I actually feel guilty when I miss! It’s a fabulous way to start the day and is an important part of my life! I have never felt better!
