GOALS MET/ACCOMPLISHMENTS: Reversed a very
negative health trend of high triglycerides high BP and bad
cholesterol numbers, Lost 50 pounds. Corrected two bulging
disc problems that required injections because of severe neuropathy
for several years. Honor graduate, McGuire mud run, Broad
street.
WHY I TRAIN WITH DR. DRILL: I want to live!
I want to remain as healthy as I can and I want to pass on
to others what DDIP has given me.

GOALS MET/ACCOMPLISHMENTS: I want to lose
a size in clothing and hopefully 20-30 lbs over time. I am
focused on eating healthier and not missing drill.
WHY I TRAIN WITH DR. DRILL: It’s too
easy to not go to the gym when you work out on your own. It’s
still easy to miss the gym even with a workout buddy. I could
have paid more money to have one on one attention from a personal
trainer, but the workouts I have done with personal trainers
in the past do not even come close to the challenge of boot
camp. Having played soccer all my life, I would rather workout
with a TEAM. If one or two team members cannot make drill
in the AM, I know I can rely on the rest of the team to show
up and workout with me. Not only are the workouts extremely
challenging, I have 50 or more teammates to motivate me and
help push me when I believe I have nothing left to give. |

MET/ACCOMPLISHMENTS:
First I ran a minute, then I ran a mile, after that a 5K and later I ran a 10K in 2010. Never thought I could do that!
WHY I TRAIN WITH DR. DRILL:
I want to tone up and build strength along with conditioning and I want to be active and moving for many many years to come. My daughters are both runners and I want to be able to run with them.

WHY I TRAIN WITH DR. DRILL: I really enjoy the fact that every workout is different. from day to day, It stays fresh and new. I might not be able to do them at the same speed and same reps as most people but with support from the team and my girl friend Kerry, I know I will get there. I also enjoy working out in a group/team environment unlike a one on one personal trainer.
