WHY I TRAIN WITH DR. DRILL: My comrades keep me motivated, rather than working out in a gym alone, or with the same person all the time. I like the different routines, no two sessions are alike.

GOALS MET/ACCOMPLISHMENTS: I’ve come a long way in 7 months, going from having major health issues tying me down to losing 14 lbs and being on the go busy and active. It feels great.

WHY I TRAIN WITH DR. DRILL: I found in this program the motivation to push myself to do my best. I feel like I found a place that keeps me focused. The energy of the people in the program, are amazing. I’ve felt better then I have in years being part of the program!! I couldn’t have asked for more!!

GOALS MET/ACCOMPLISHMENTS: Started in Platoon 3 and have been in every one since. Competitive Powerlifting 04-06 earned World and State Records; Various 5Ks, SGK 3Day Team Captain 07 & 08, McGuire Mud Run.

WHY I TRAIN WITH DR. DRILL: Who else would I train with? I need the discipline and motivation I get from the group atmosphere. I could not imagine a life without DDIP.
