Getting Stronger Every ZDT
GOALS MET/ACCOMPLISHMENTS: Earned the Motivational
Award for GMC Platoon 18. For the first time in my life I
can now run, without having issues with my breathing, and
in the past 4 months, with the help of my husband and DDIP
friends, have completed several 5ks, 5 mile Broad St Re-Run,
10k Down and Dirty Mud Run and have set goals for completing
the McGuire 10K Mud Run this September and the Philadelphia
Half Marathon this coming November.
WHY I TRAIN WITH DR. DRILL: Myself, husband
“Bobbie Mach” and our ‘drill bits’,
Robby and “Cait the Great” enjoy DDIP healthy
living: we exercise, eat and sleep better…overall play
better as a family. With DDIP, I push myself harder and further
than I would if working out alone or even with my husband.
Not to mention, we have a blast at ZDT! The workouts are always
different and fun and we have made some great friendships
along the way!

and sustained, excellent diet, avoided back surgery, I have
the energy I need to perform my most important job and to
perform it well which is that of MOM.
WHY I TRAIN WITH DR. DRILL: The program
is dynamic and challenging. There is always something new
to try so I am NEVER bored. I am in alignment with Dr. Drill's
philosophies and I believe in the mission. The instructors
and staff are top notch people. There is nothing not to love
about this kick-@$$ program, and there is no justifiable reason
not to do it. |
