GOALS MET/ACCOMPLISHMENTS: I’m very
happy with the results I’ve seen over my time in DDIP.
Go ahead, feel my biceps. I’ve run some 5Ks, but had
the most fun doing the 2008 Maguire AFB 10K Mud Run. I’m
really looking forward to the Tough Mudder. DDIP is going
to show them how it’s done!! I was the Most Motivated
Recruit of Platoon VI, and I try to keep those around me motivated
to give DDIP everything they’ve got. Because after all,
what you put in, you will get out!
WHY I TRAIN WITH DR. DRILL: Did you see
my profile picture? Where else would I fit in? We’ve
all taken exercise classes before; but this is a family! From
fitness to fellowship, the DDIP Experience is far and away
the best you can get in an exercise program!

GOALS MET/ACCOMPLISHMENTS: Started with the ability to do only 3 push ups...now MANY. Numerous 5k’s, Warrior Dash, and Honor Grad. Platoon #23
WHY I TRAIN WITH DR. DRILL: I started training to regain strength and get fit. I continue to train with Drill and DDIP for my love of this program, its unity, the motivation, dedication, superior instructors and caring individuals. I have not only gained new friends but a new family.
