FITNESS LEVEL: Good, always room to improve

GOALS MET/ACCOMPLISHMENTS: Well my fitness level went from bad to good, I can run 1 5 k I did my first 10k mud run and I have never felt better. Lost weight and inches, gained confidence and feel like I am “in” the game of LIFE instead of on the sidelines.

WHY I TRAIN WITH DR. DRILL: I needed to change, become more disciplined. I have never been more motivated by a man, group, class, exercise. This group of people care if you show up, help each other reach their goals, and keep each other motivated. I have been part of Drill for two and a half years and it is the only exercise regime I have stayed committed to. It never gets old and is always changing.

Jack Molinaro

GOALS MET/ACCOMPLISHMENTS: Dropped 32 pounds, gained muscle, increased cardio strength

WHY I TRAIN WITH DR. DRILL: Want to improve mental clarity and focus, increase stamina and endurance.

Kris Neild

AGE: 34

ALIASES: Kris

BIRTHDAY: June 5

PLATOON: Lansdale XVII Squad 4

FITNESS LEVEL: I don’t sit around all day but I could do a lot more.

GOALS MET/ACCOMPLISHMENTS: None yet but I hope to change that. I did an 85 mile backpacking trip but that was back in 91 (or was it 92?). Hope to get back to that level.

WHY I TRAIN WITH DR. DRILL: Because I have a hard time doing it alone. I don’t push myself as hard as I should, the motto of “work smarter, not harder” has crept into the fitness part of my life. Working out in a group and being accountable to the group has really helped.

Monica Herzog

FITNESS LEVEL: Well……I have a sense of humor about it, but also a sense of commitment! Better, Faster, Stronger everyday!

GOALS MET/ACCOMPLISHMENTS: Enrolling in DDIP and sticking with it!
Being a better and healthier me!

WHY I TRAIN WITH DR. DRILL: Drill inspires me; he is a natural leader. Dr. Drill’s attributes are many but there are a few that I personally am drawn too: authenticity, stewardship, compassion, expertise and a strong value system. His spirit and belief in a healthier self is contagious, and I am so fortunate to have caught that bug!

Brian Quigley
