GOALS MET/ACCOMPLISHMENTS:
Since joining the platoon sessions I feel healthier everyday
and lost 10 lbs. also have helped control my blood pressure
and cholesterol. I feel very motivated after working out in
the morning and that motivation continues through the day.
Motivation award.
WHY I TRAIN WITH DR. DRILL:
- It’s awesome, can’t get enough, and just keep
coming back for more.
- To be healthier – controlling stress, blood pressure,
cholesterol.
- One thing that everyone must do is join for the camaraderie.

FITNESS LEVEL: Intermediate. It is always
a work in progress but my current self could kick my 20 year-old
self’s butt thanks to DDIP.
GOALS MET/ACCOMPLISHMENTS: Could barely
run a mile when I first started; now I am training to run
first 5k next month and - can’t believe I am saying
this - am actually starting to enjoy running. I have made
noticeable improvements in upper body strength and overall
conditioning. Squat thrusts? Bring ‘em on. Mountain
Climbers? Give me more, Sir! 20-count body builders? Piece
of cake!
WHY I TRAIN WITH DR. DRILL: Because I would
never work this hard on my own! Dr. Drill and all the instructors
are great at motivating you to push yourself, safely, to new
levels. The sense of community and support exhibited by Dr.
Drill, the instructors and the entire platoon is unparalleled.
There is always someone there to motivate you and cheer you
on. And where else would I get the chance to hone my tug-of-war
and “you’re up, he sees you, you’re down”
skills?

GOALS MET/ACCOMPLISHMENTS: That I have
not given up yet!
WHY I TRAIN WITH DR. DRILL:
I train with Dr. Drill because I need someone to yell at me
in order to workout and keep going. I LOVE IT! I have made
so many friends and gained so much confidence from this experience!

GOALS MET/ACCOMPLISHMENTS: When I first
joined DDIP, my main goal was to tone up and lose weight in
the process. Over the last 6 months I have definitely seen
muscle toning and inches lost! I am looking forward to this
next session. Losing the weight isn’t as important to
me anymore; making better choices for my body has definitely
taken priority!

GOALS MET/ACCOMPLISHMENTS: Lost weight,
Improved physical fitness. Heart award recipient Platoon 17.
WHY I TRAIN WITH DR. DRILL: I enjoy the
challenge and have met some wonderful people. After my recent
annual physical my doctor said “your results are the
best they have ever been, so whatever you are doing keep it
up!” The result of DDIP!
